Angela Morris, president of Quality Contact Solutions

Angela Morris is the president of Quality Contact Solutions; she was recently interviewed by Peter DeHaan, publisher of Connections Magazine, following the 2010 ATA Convention and Expo.

Quality Contact Solutions provides telemanagement and call center consulting services, helping clients with inbound, outbound, and email programs.  Their goal is to increase sales, increase customer satisfaction, and decrease cost per contact.

Angela Morris, possesses more than 15 years of call center experience.  With a bachelor’s degree in telecommunications and call center management, she has implemented thousands of inbound and outbound call center programs.
